How much do you charge?
We offer three extremely-competitive packages:
Full Management Service
For your complete peace of mind, we’ll look after every part of the lettings lifecycle from the day your tenant moves in. Or if you've already got a tenant in place, we can take over whenever you're ready. £40.00 per month, per property
Rent Collection Service
Allow us to take the effort out of rent collection and tenant accounting and receive regular monthly payments and detailed statements, hassle free. £20.00 per month, per property
Tenancy Administration Service
All the administration taken care of for a fixed fee. We will complete the tenant referencing, create the tenancy agreement, collect advance monies, book any landlord services including inventory/check in and arrange the contracts to be signed. £90.00 per let
I’ve already got a tenant, do I have to wait until they leave before I can use your services?
No, we can take over the management of your property at any time. And of course, we’ll give your tenant the respect and consideration they deserve.
What do I have to do to make the switch from my current estate/letting agent?
You can usually switch to our service at any time. Contact us today and one of our experts will look into your existing terms and start the ball rolling for you.
When I switch to you, will there be a gap in the service I receive?
No, we will work with you to ensure a seamless transition from your existing agency.
Can I use my own preferred contractors?
As long as they meet all the necessary certification and safety criteria, you’re welcome to use your own people.
I have a larger rental portfolio – do you offer discounts?
We certainly do. Speak to us today and we’ll be happy to offer you a preferential rate.
My rental properties are all over the country, will this be a problem?
Not at all, we provide expert property management throughout England and Wales.
I like to take care of the maintenance myself, can I pick and choose from your services?
We offer a comprehensive ‘rent collection only’ service, which takes care of the financial side of things, leaving you to look after everything else. Get in touch for more details.

How can I be sure that your company will treat me (and my tenants) fairly?
We’re members of the Residential Landlords Association, the leading voice for landlords in England & Wales. We also hold CMP (Client Money Protection) insurance, as well as Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance.
